Candidates should have passed Matriculation /SSC (10th)from a recognized board.
Age Limit
Candidate’s age should be between 18 to 23 years as on 01-01-2012 for General category, 18 to 25 years for OBC Male, 18 to 26 years OBC Female, 18 to 28 years for reserved category candidates.
Application Fee
General, OBC category candidates have to pay applications fee Rs. 200 and Reservation candidates Rs.75 to be paid at the Bihar main (head) post offices and get the application form

Eligible candidates have to get application form from Bihar Head Post Offices by paying application fee as explained above under Application Fee. Properly filled application form along with copies of certificates with attested signature to be enclosed and send to below address.
