QUALIFICATIONS:-
 1. GENERAL MANAGER (FINANCE):
QUALIFICATION:
ï‚· Membership of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (OR)
ï‚· Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (OR)
ï‚· First Class MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in Finance discipline of 2 years
duration from University / Institution recognized by Government (Full Time Courses only).
POST QUALIFICATION EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE:
ï‚· GM (Finance): - Minimum of 18 years in Medium / Heavy industries preferably in PSUs in the relevant area
with minimum 1 (one) year in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent.
2. ADDITIONAL GENERAL MANAGER / DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER
(PERSONNEL & ADMINISTRATION):
QUALIFICATION (Full Time Courses only):
ï‚· First Class in MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in HR / PM&IR / Personnel
Management / Industrial Relations / Social Science / Social Welfare / Social Work of 2 years duration from
University / Institution recognized by Government.
 Desirable – Graduate in Law.
POST QUALIFICATION EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE:
ï‚· AGM (P&A) - Minimum of 16 years in Medium / Heavy industries preferably in PSUs in the relevant area with
minimum 1 (one) year in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent.
ï‚· DGM (P&A) - Minimum of 14 years in Medium / Heavy industries preferably in PSUs in the relevant area with
minimum 1 (one) year in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent.
ï‚· DM (P&A) - Minimum of 5 years in Medium / Heavy industries preferably in PSUs in the relevant area with
minimum 1 (one) year in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent.
3. DEPUTY MANAGER (MECHANICAL / ELECTRONICS /RADAR/ ELECTRICAL /COMPUTERS:
QUALIFICATION (Full Time Courses only):
ï‚· First Class Degree (or 5-Years Integrated Course) in Engineering or Technology in relevant field from
recognized University / Institution or equivalent course.
ï‚· For Deputy Manager (Radar) - Preference will be given to Post Graduate (ECE) with specialization in
Microwave & Radar Engg.
POST QUALIFICATION EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE:
ï‚· Minimum of 5 years in Medium / Heavy industries preferably in PSUs in the relevant area with minimum 1
(one) year in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent.
ï‚· For Deputy Manager (Radar)- Minimum of 5 years in Medium / Heavy industries preferably in PSUs in
Radar, Microwave Systems, Antenna arrays and Electronic warfare, receiver system analysis & design,
prototypes, provide engineering support to customer requirements in Microwave test and elevation of radar,
Microwave instrumentation & analysis tools, testing, tuning, debugging & optimizing prototype circuits &
components to meet specializations and in manufacturing produce-ability requirements. Candidate should have
minimum 1 (one) year in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent.
4. DEPUTY MANAGER (IMM) :
QUALIFICATION (Full Time Courses only):
ï‚· First Class Degree (or 5-Years Integrated Course) in Engineering or Technology in any field from recognized
University / Institution or equivalent course with First Class MBA/Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate

Degree in Material Management/Supply Chain Management of 2 years duration from University/Institution
recognized by Government.
POST QUALIFICATION EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE:
ï‚· Minimum of 5 years in Medium / Heavy industries preferably in PSUs in the relevant area with minimum 1
(one) year in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent.
5. DEPUTY MANAGER (LIAISON) :
QUALIFICATION (Full Time Courses only):
ï‚· First Class Degree or equivalent in any discipline, awarded by Universities/Institutions recognized by the
Government.
POST QUALIFICATION EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE:
ï‚· Minimum of 5 years in Medium/Heavy industries preferably in PSUs with minimum 1 (one) year in the
immediate lower pay scale or equivalent. The candidate should have experience in liaison with administrative
desks at Ministry, handling the day to day administrative activities like providing of transport and
accommodation, arrangements for Board meetings, Annual General Meetings, MOU Task Force Meetings etc.
6. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (FINANCE):
QUALIFICATION:
ï‚· Membership of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India
OR
ï‚· Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
OR
ï‚· First Class MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in Finance discipline of 2 years

HOW TO APPLY:-
 SELECTION PROCEDURE: For the posts of GM, AGM, DGM, and DM are by Interview and for Management
Trainees are by Written Test & Interview. The final selection of the candidate(s) is based on the merit.
PAY & PERKS:
In addition to Basic Pay and DA, HRA as admissible will be paid. Company accommodation is provided at Bhanur at the
prescribed rates and HRA is not applicable at Bhanur.
Perks @ 45% on Basic Pay and Performance Related Pay as per Company Rules will be paid. Other facilities viz., PF,
Gratuity, Medical facilities etc are applicable as per rules.
In case of Management Trainees, during the training period MTs will be paid a stipend equivalent to the sum of the
following:
(a) Minimum basic pay admissible to an Executive in Grade II;
(b) Dearness Allowance (DA) on minimum basic pay, as admissible from time to time;
(c) HRA admissible at the minimum basic pay;
(d) 20% of minimum basic pay towards Allowances.
