QUALIFICATIONS:-
FOR Dy . General Manager:-
Candidate should be M.Pharma with 20 years experience in Managerial cadre out of which for 5 years he should have head Production Department in reputed Pharma Industry and approved by Drugs Deptt. preferably in all sections of formulations having knowledge of modern process & drug delivery systems.
FOR Chief Manager (HRD):-
Candidate should be a graduate with MHRM/MSW/MBA in HR from a recognized Institute. Additional LLB Degree is preferred. The incumbent should have 15 years experience out of which 05 years at senior position in HR in a reputed manufacturing industry.
FOR Chief Manager (I.T):-
Candidate should be BE/B.Tech (Computer Science) from a recognized Institute. Additional qualification of MBA preferred. The incumbent should have 15 years experience out of which 05 years in a senior position in I.T. function in manufacturing industry.
Dy. Chief Manager (Legal & Company Secretary): -
Candidate should be member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Law Graduate with 10 years experience out of which 05 years experience at senior level in Secretarial Department in a reputed company. Should be conversant with the Board Procedure/Legal matters and drafting agendas, minutes and ensure compliances under Corporate Laws and Govt. directions.
